Student Support Officers

Our dedicated Student Support teams provide ongoing support to help you thrive in your studies. The team is available via email, phone and LiveChat to assist you with anything you need. Whether you're having trouble accessing the learning management system or have a general enquiry, the Support Officers are there. Furthermore, they'll also check in if they notice you've fallen behind in your studies to support you in keeping on track.

Specialists and Technical Advisors

Our Specialists and Technical Advisors are on hand to answer your questions about content, assessments and practical tasks. You can request an unlimited number of coaching sessions with our industry experienced Specialists, who can help you relate what you are learning to its 'real-world' application.

Evaluations are intended to help you understand your current performance and take the necessary steps to improve. Our team of Assessors are education specialists who will evaluate your assignments and provide feedback. 


The orientation phase will help familiarise you with your new e-learning platform and ensure you have all the information, tools and resources you need to get started. 


Throughout your studies, you will have continued access to: 

  • Coaching sessions - where course content and assignment questions are discussed. 

  • Activity monitoring - helping you keep on track with your assignments with friendly reminders. 

  • Individual coaching sessions - with sessions either 30, 45 or 60 minutes long, you can request additional coaching sessions from a Technical Advisor to assist in understanding a key concept or topic.  

Career preparation 

During the last three months of your course, you will have access to a range of career preparation tools, including: 

  • CV writing tools and templates. 

  • Job application writing strategies. 

  • Interview preparation, such as advice about what to wear and what to bring. 

  • Job interview techniques, including commonly asked questions and how to answer them.
