Whether you are new to the industry, or well-versed in dental assisting or practice management, our nationally recognised training courses are designed to suit all levels of experience.
Our Dental Assisting certificate and diploma qualifications are delivered through a combination of online theory, skill observations and workplace placement. The theory component can be completed at your own pace to fit into your busy schedule and is accessible anywhere and at any time. Your work placement will take place in a dental practice where you will gain hands-on experience working in a real dentist with real patients. You will also be required to complete skill observations and submit evidence to your profile. Your study Load is to submit 1 unit of competency every 2 weeks to graduate in 12 months, plus 300 hours of practical placement. You will be required to source a work placement with a registered and fully equipped Dental Practice which must be approved with Foundation Education, prior to attending your placement
