While performing the typical sales assistant tasks with customers, you will have the additional responsibility of supervising and evaluating junior sales assistants. This means you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and positive atmosphere of your workplace – both on the store floor and behind the scenes.

Retail Customer Service Representative

Retail Customer Service Representative

As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be available to your customers for any needs they have pertaining to your organisation. You may help customers with complaints and questions, advise them about the organisation's products and services, and even handle some sales responsibilities by making sales and processing returns.


Team Leader

Transfer your proven sales skills and customer experience into a mentorship role as a team leader. You will manage staff schedules, provide guidance to sales assistants, and play a key part in building a strong team for your store or establishment. 


Retail Supervisor

Motivate, train, and supervise sales staff as a retail supervisor. This leadership role involves overseeing other employees, ensuring a consistent high-quality approach to customers. Your own retail expertise will assist you with evaluating and mentoring the team members under your supervision.
