Kevin Kalinko – Director
As the Director for Foundation Education and our partner Registered Training Organisation, the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (RTO ID: 32363), Kevin places strong emphasis on integrity of product and reputation, which is highlighted in a diverse range of service and course offerings. His impressive career portfolio includes senior management exposure in a wide range of top private equity and publicly-listed ASX companies.
He has experience in the education, finance, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance industries, with his most recent role directing the operation of multiple national Registered Training Organisations.
Kevin holds a bachelor degree in Commerce and a postgraduate diploma in Applied Finance, and is a Director of numerous not-for-profit and for-profit companies, and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Kylie Fahey – Group Chief Executive Officer
As the Group Chief Executive Officer of Foundation Education, the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (RTO ID: 32363) and the Institute for Emotionally Focused Therapy (IEFT), Kylie is a strong advocate for lifelong learning.
With extensive Senior Executive experience, Kylie’s drive and dedication has transcended numerous sectors, including education, government, health, civil infrastructure and fitness.
Kylie was pivotal in establishing Foundation Education in 2011, which now offers over 60 courses and a bespoke eLearning platform.
Overseeing a diverse network of over 140 employees, 100 Campus Directors and industry stakeholders, Kylie is an inspirational leader who thrives on using her passion for the education sector to consistently increase student enrolments and improve organisational growth. As the financial year progresses into 2017, Kylie continues to lead the group’s expansion with diversification into CRICOS.
With a passion for fitness, Kylie is an avid mountain biker, and enjoys travel and dinner with friends. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds both a Masters of Business and an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences.
Andrew Cotterill – Foundation Education Chief Executive Officer
With an impressive background in marketing, Andrew began building his career in the position of National Promotions Coordinator at Eagle Boys, moving into campaign, project and brand innovation management before stepping into the position of International General Manager.
In August 2013, Andrew took on the position of Chief Development Officer for National Tiles, before commencing the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2015.
Bradley Low - General Manager of Education
With over 15 years’ experience in education and training, Bradley brings a wealth of knowledge to Foundation Education and our partner Registered Training Organisation, the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (RTO ID: 32363). Having held senior management positions with the University of Queensland Sports Association and Hockey Queensland, Bradley has strategic and operational ability to lead and engage his team to achieve their full potential.
In addition, Bradley has extensive experience in Vocational Education and Training policy as well as industry engagement through his work with the Queensland Industry Skills Body for Fitness, Sport and Recreation, and he currently sits on the state advisory committee of AUSTSWIM in Queensland as the Vice Chairperson.
Amongst his achievements is the successful implementation of significant state-wide Government funding initiatives in Queensland, enabling over 1,000 workers to receive VET qualifications, and establishing the commercial operating framework for community education at Surf Lifesaving Queensland.
Hennie Stoltz - General Manager of Careers
Hennie is a key influencer with a high energy leadership approach and absolute focus on quality outcomes for Foundation Education and Australian Institute of Personal Trainers (RTO ID: 32363) students. Qualified in PC engineering, Hennie has seven years of solution selling experience in the education and telecommunications sectors across Australia and South Africa. Leading a team of high achieving Career Advisors, Hennie motivates and encourages continual training opportunities to develop the overall team skillset as a means of delivering quality solutions and advice for our students.
