This qualification will provide you with the necessary sales and operational skills to deliver travel or tourism related products and services to customers in a range of industry contexts.

After graduating, you can choose to specialise in corporate, domestic or international sales for a wide variety of employers, including travel agencies, tourism bodies, tour operators, or in the accommodation, government or leisure sectors.

Once you’ve completed your Certificate III in Tourism, you’ll be able to use a range of well-developed sales and operational skills to deliver travel or tourism related products and services to customers in a range of industry contexts.
