Entering the childcare industry as a Childcare Assistant is a great place to start if you don’t have significant experience with children. This role will give you a great foundation in child development and help you understand exactly how children think and engage with certain activities.
If this is how you want to start your career, you’ll need a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care as a minimum qualification.
